Compliance Boundary
RoundDock is a deal-information workflow, not a public fundraising product.
This page states the operating boundary for project listings, capital-side verification, data-room requests, roadshow coordination, and service-fee invoices. It is not legal advice; final operating documents should be reviewed by counsel.
