RoundDock
Data Room

Core project materials open only after approval.

The data room is not a public download area. Capital-side clients must complete verification first, and sensitive materials open only after both the founder and RoundDock approve the request. Some files may require an NDA before access.

Workflow

How data-room access works

1. Public summarySector, stage, capital need, minimum ticket, early operating signals, and risk notes.
2. Investor verificationIdentity type, ticket range, sector preference, investment experience, region, and risk tolerance.
3. ApprovalThe founder and RoundDock decide whether core materials should open, and which files require NDA.
4. Follow-up recordThe backend records applicant, project, ticket range, access status, and next meeting actions.
Not Public

Materials not public by default

Full pitch decks, financial screenshots, bank statements, customer lists, contracts, supply-chain files, ad-spend data, videos, operating dashboard screenshots, founder identity materials, and other sensitive business information are not public by default.

A data room helps capital-side clients understand a project faster, but it is not a platform endorsement, investment advice, or a complete diligence conclusion. Financial, contractual, equity, tax, and legal questions still require independent review by counsel, accountants, or other professional advisors.
