Founder Desk
If you have a strong project and need capital, first make it reviewable.
The Founder Desk is not a simple contact form. It collects business proof, traction, funding use, data-room readiness, and service tier so the project can enter a structured screening queue.
RoundDock collects platform service fees only. It does not custody investment funds, promise fundraising success, or handle equity settlement, agreements, or tax matters.

Projects are not listed just because they submit; they pass a listing gate first
Public summaryBusiness, region, stage, capital need, use of funds, and basic risks must be understandable to an outside capital-side client.
Verifiable evidenceAt least one type of revenue, order, contract, customer, bank statement, media-spend, or product data should be verifiable.
Tiered materialsPublic summary, verified summary, NDA data room, and offline closing files should be separated.
Pause boundaryPrincipal protection, fixed return, public fundraising, investment-fund collection, or evidence gaps pause the workflow.
