Fees cover platform service only, not investment funds or equity subscription.
RoundDock pricing covers project screening, data-room cleanup, capital-side verification, deal shortlists, roadshow coordination, and manual support. Every payment is a platform service fee, not a fundraising success promise, investment advice, or fund custody.
Automated checkout is not connected yet. Domestic clients use manual WeChat Pay, Alipay, corporate transfer, or e-invoice follow-up. Overseas clients can request manual PayPal, Wise, or bank-transfer instructions.

Payment paths
China clientsWeChat Pay / Alipay / corporate bank transfer are prioritized for service fees, material cleanup, memberships, and reports.
Overseas clientsSubmit PayPal / Wise / bank transfer preference first; operations will confirm currency, invoice, and receiving entity manually.
Automated checkoutBefore Stripe or another merchant rail is connected, RoundDock does not collect payment directly on the website.
Refund and cancellation boundary
Before work startsYou may submit a cancellation request. Operations checks whether material cleanup, review, or reporting has started.
After work startsAfter screening, data-room cleanup, verification processing, roadshow scheduling, or report delivery, fees are usually not refundable.
Special casesDuplicate payment, obvious payment error, wrong package, or compliance pause enters manual review.
