Information we collectFounder submissions may include company name, contact details, project links, region, sector, stage, capital need, use of funds, deck links, operating data, and data-room status. Capital-side submissions may include name, firm, contact details, identity type, sector preference, ticket size, location, risk preference, investment experience, and verification notes.
How we use informationInformation is used for project screening, capital-side verification, data-room permissions, roadshow scheduling, deal-update subscriptions, service-fee processing, risk records, and customer support.
Data-room materialsData rooms may contain commercially sensitive materials. Access opens by founder authorization and platform review, not by public browsing.
Third-party servicesThe MVP may use Vercel, Supabase, Resend, cloud storage, and email providers. China operations may later add WeCom, WeChat Pay, Alipay, invoicing, or mainland cloud services.
Retention and rightsRoundDock keeps necessary information while required for service delivery, compliance, or dispute handling. Users may contact the platform to request correction, export, or deletion where appropriate.
SecurityRoundDock uses access control, data-room permissions, secret separation, and least-privilege practices. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, bank-card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents through public forms.
