RoundDock fees cover platform services such as project material cleanup, capital-side verification, data-room coordination, manual invoices, and light diligence reports. This draft should be reviewed by counsel before full commercial launch.
How requests are reviewed
Service not startedIf no screening, verification, material cleanup, report writing, or meeting coordination has started, the client may request cancellation or refund.
Service startedOnce the team has begun review, interviews, data-room cleanup, verification, or roadshow coordination, any refund may deduct completed work.
Delivery completedAfter listing review, membership period, light diligence report, data-room handling, or meeting coordination is delivered, service fees are usually not refundable.
Investment outcome excludedRoundDock does not guarantee fundraising success, investment closing, or returns. Refunds are not based on investment results.
