Service Status
Service status should show what works and what still needs setup.
RoundDock is in validation mode. Public intake, operations email, customer auto-replies, and manual service-fee billing are connected. Admin database reading, automated payments, and full China operating setup are shown by readiness state.
Current component status
Setup gaps before full operation
Admin readProduction Vercel needs `SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY` and `ADMIN_READ_TOKEN`. These stay server-side and never in public frontend code.
Automated paymentsRoundDock currently records platform service-fee payment intent. Stripe, WeChat Pay, or Alipay merchant rails should be configured before direct checkout.
China operationFor long-term mainland operation, confirm ICP filing, public-security filing, company email, privacy contact, invoicing entity, and service contract.
Status reporting does not change platform boundaries
No secrets shownThe page only shows whether capabilities are configured. It never displays API keys, service roles, admin tokens, payment secrets, or customer-private data.
No investment custodyPayment status only refers to platform service fees. Investment funds, equity subscription money, and settlement funds do not pass through RoundDock.
External providersVercel, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, and other provider incidents should be checked on their official status pages.
